Ordered first · Weekly delivery

Fresh coffee for Burnaby workplaces, delivered days after roasting — not months.

Evergreen Origin Coffee supplies offices and local businesses across Burnaby. We only buy coffee against confirmed orders, then coordinate fresh pickup from local Vancouver roasting partners. No warehouse shelves. No stale bags sitting in inventory.

No contract. No equipment to buy. If your team doesn’t taste the difference, you don’t reorder.

Why the roast date matters

Coffee is at its best in the first few weeks after roasting. After that, the flavour quietly flattens — which is exactly what happens to bags that sit in a warehouse or on a shelf.

01 — Freshness

Bought fresh, after you order

Your coffee isn’t pulled from our stock — we don’t keep stock. Once your order is confirmed, we order from our roasting partners and pick it up fresh for that week’s delivery.

02 — Honesty

Freshness you can check

We’ll tell you when your coffee was roasted, based on what our roasters provide — no vague “best before” a year out, and no old bags quietly passed off as fresh.

03 — Simplicity

One delivery, once a week

A standing Thursday drop across Burnaby. Adjust the amount any week, pause whenever you need to — no contract locking you in.

Try it first: the 2-week pilot

The easiest way to judge fresh coffee is to drink it next to what you’re serving now. The pilot is a short, paid trial — sized to your team, with no commitment after it ends.

  • Around 5 lb to start — a planned pilot size, enough for a real test in most small-to-mid-size offices. Final format confirmed before we start.
  • Two Thursday deliveries — fresh coffee each week of the pilot.
  • Roast timing shared — compare how fresh it is with the coffee you have now.
  • No contract, no auto-renew — continue weekly only if your team wants to.

How it works

Four steps, repeating every week. You’ll always know what’s coming and when it was roasted.

1

Tell us your usage

Team size, how much coffee you go through, and how you brew it. One short conversation is enough.

2

We order from local roasters

We place your order with our Vancouver roasting partners and coordinate fresh pickup for that week’s route — never pulled from our old stock, because we don’t hold any.

3

Thursday delivery

We drop it off in person anywhere in Burnaby and tell you when it was roasted.

4

Adjust or pause anytime

More during a busy month, less during a quiet one, paused for holidays. Just say the word.

Delivering across Burnaby

We deliver across Burnaby instead of shipping across the region. Keeping it local means fresher coffee, a delivery day we can actually promise, and a person you’ll see every week — and we can expand from there.

Just outside Burnaby? Ask anyway — we’re starting Burnaby-wide and can expand to nearby areas. Delivery day is Thursday, with ordering closing earlier in the week so your coffee can be ordered and picked up fresh.
